The Little Mermaid 1

This is one of the pieces in my figure illustration project. We were asked to draw 4 illustrations (3 in b/w and 1 in color) for a children's book story/fairytale. Mine is the original version of The Little Mermaid. I took a risk and used the manga style in it, but the instructor seemed to like it alot^__^ I was surprised because I thought he would consider this to be too stylized;;
